Aaditya's core -group leads to manifestation of idea into reality :
The Process started for necessary filling the gaps in vocational education slowly manifeted into a dedicated social organisation with focus on education of unpriviledged students and slum children.

The initial team was redefined and merged and was joined by Ms. Meena Mehta, Ms. Chaturvedi, Ms. Jasneet Bajaj and Mr. Satya Dev Madan, Ms. Sunita Mangloo, Ms. Gauri, Ms. Mamta, Mr. Rajiv, Ms. Chetna Sharma, during 2002-03. The team was supported by Ms. Sonu, Mr. Kiku, Mr. Sumit. Mr. Amandeep, Ms. Sriparna and Ms. Geeta and various like minded individuals.

Keeping in view the track records of our students and beneficiaries, and the need for empowering communities, AADITYA is now a national level organisation running its Community Empowerment Centre for imparting basic and vocational education.

Year 2006 - The year of growth :
By March 2006 we are ready for new members, but prospective members joined other programmes. We started late but the initial trust of AADITYA helped us to get few members, mainly from the known group of followers and friends.

By July, total member numbers had reached 13, and some 50+ people were supported by core group. The reason was simple that we want to create a highly evolved group of professional from persons with right calibre for social objectives. We are not allowing everyone to enter the core just by paying membership fees. We wish that the quality of our ore group must reflect our idelogy and purpose of starting this noble organisation. From then on the society would each month boost new records in the numbers of people applying to join and help us achieving the set targets.

Innovation in Community Empowerment methods :
The AADITYA has been faithful to its mission of creativeness to methods. In over three years we have adopted various new mediums for learning and evolving.

Special attention is on complete personality development of individuals. Professionals from industry and Higher institutions are regularley imparting expereinced based knowledge.

The whole system and process of education is based on wisdom of Indian traditions (East) and professional approach of Corporate World (West) in delivering the community based empowerment programmes.

We are prepared for Open Source and Online Interaction with various organisations, professionals from all over the world. Online classes and program archives are under preparation for use in near future by members / organisation giving them more autonomy.

By 2009 beginings, we plan to open up exciting new possibilities for many educational and community projects. Many members are enthusiastic about exploring new dimensions and achieving greater heights (Pure Satisfaction).

Mission ACE-2010 :
The Mission ACE 2010 is ready to be executed. The ACE Foundation (AADITYA's Community Empowerment wing) plans to open its affiliated centres in Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Jharkhand, Rajasthan and UP, as offering a "vision for the future learning" as members and organisations demand a more flexible approach to learning and living.

The philosophy of the AADITYA has meant that unlimited excellent opportunities, comparable in quality with other global organisations, has been available to many more people. The key to The AADITYA success has been excellence in teaching, in community linkages and, above all, in the professional systems and methods adopted, which help members and professionals to learn, earn and to succeed in their respective domains.
